Due to continued growth, they're seeking an Sr. Account Manager (Employee Benefits) to ensure service deliverables for Mid-West clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage & Maintain Book of Business:
- Ensure high-quality service to 30-35 client groups
- Specialize in managing middle market client groups, tailoring services to meet their needs
- Exposure to Self-Funded, Fully Insured & Level-Funded funding options
Strategy Focused:
- Manage RFPs, renewal processes, open enrollment, client education, etc.
- Client-centric driven, building and nurturing client relationships
Intangible Skillset:
- Team-oriented, thriving in a fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented & organized
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience within Employee Benefits / Account Management
- Licensure: Current Life & Health for ID
