Position Description:
Responsible for developing applications and integration using the Microsoft SQL server platform and providing technical/production support. This will include business intelligence/data analysis, reporting, capturing requirements, testing, monitoring, and implementing solutions vi structured software development life cycle. The responsibilities of this position include but not limited to 1) Provides Analytics support to Health Systems and Analytics Division. 2) Designs and develops reports in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and ETL packages in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). 3) Actively participate in meetings with project managers, team leads, analysts and other Agency staff as needed. 4) Assists in mentoring and training business analysts. 5) Writes SQL code accurately for the quality measures, with accurate understanding and knowledge of various databases. 6) Writes and deploys SQL patches. 6) Assists with schema design, code review and SQL query tuning. 7) Assists with application schema upgrades and improvement, and data upgrades. 8) Develops stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views using SQL. Creates scripts to build new database objects.

Skills Required:
Intermediate professional level role. SSIS 2016 and higher SSRS SQL server management studio, MS office, good communication skills, ability to work on one or more projects at a time; sometimes as a team member or sometimes as a project leader.
Skills Preferred Critical thinking and ability to problem solving skills is a must.

Experience Required:
Typically has 10+ years of high-tech industry and/or IT work experience.

Education Required:
Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics

Additional Information:
