Required Skills: 8+ Year Experience - Ability to perform day to day database administration tasks with deep understanding of SQL Server internals e.g. Indexing, partitioning , filestream , Always-On , replication cctv and Mirroring technologies.
- Troubleshoot and provide advice on SQL Server performance issues and be able to work with application development teams and provide recommendations.
- Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, using Performance Monitor, SQL Profiler and other related monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of relational databases, T-SQL, query execution plans, solving concurrency issues and deadlocks
- Knowledge of administrating azure SQL databases is an added advantage.
- Good communication skill and experience to handle P1/P2 outages.
- MSSQL DBA Certification will be added advantage.
- Excellent Automation skills - Powershell any other tool automation will be an added advantage
- Other Technology Support ( like Delphix / HVR / RTDS )
