Fire Sprinkler Project Manager
We are partnered with an area recognized and established fire protection and life safety system contractor who is actively looking to add a proven Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to their growing team. Job Duties of Fire Sprinkler Project Manager:
- Act as the central liaison for installation and repair undertakings, orchestrating the assembly, coordination, scheduling, and guidance to technical personnel.
- Must be a self-starter and possess ability to work with a team and capacity to work independently
- Collaborating with Sales, Design, and Area Manager to establish project objectives and consulting with supervisors and technicians on project related matters.
- Communicating discrepancies, job schedules, and crucial matters to the Company and owners' representatives.
- Generates documentation for Company records, customer files, regulatory entities, and other relevant parties.
- Adherence to company's controlled substances and alcohol standards.
Experience & Education
- 3 years' experience in project management - Specifically Fire Sprinklers
- NICET certification is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of NFPA codes
- Bachelors in Construction Management (or related field) is a huge plus
- Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving background
