Regenerative Orthopedics and Sports Medicine (ROSM) is at the forefront of non-surgical musculoskeletal care, specializing in regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, and interventional orthopedic procedures. We are a team of leading experts in the field, dedicated to innovation, research, and patient-centered care. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced regenerative medicine physician to join our Tysons and Lansdowne locations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a physician with experience in regenerative medicine and musculoskeletal ultrasound who wants to be part of a team that is advancing the industry

This role provides the opportunity to:

  • Work in a cutting-edge practice that integrates orthobiologics, ultrasound-guided procedures, and interventional orthopedics
  • Participate in clinical research and publishing opportunities
  • Engage in team coverage for professional and elite-level athletes
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled group of physicians, physical therapists, and sports medicine specialists

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries using regenerative medicine techniques such as PRP, BMAC, and MFAT
  • Perform ultrasound-guided procedures for precision in treatment.
  • Educate and consult with patients on treatment plans and expected outcomes
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in research projects, clinical trials, and publishing opportunities
  • Provide team coverage for athletic organizations, supporting injury prevention and treatment.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in sports medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R), pain management, or related fields
  • Experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic and procedural purposes.
  • Prior use of regenerative medicine techniques (PRP, BMAC, MFAT, etc.).
  • Interest in clinical research and evidence-based medicine
  • Strong commitment to patient education and holistic treatment approaches
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and innovative practice.

Preferred But Not Required

  • Fellowship training in regenerative medicine, interventional orthopedics, or sports medicine
  • Experience in team physician or sports coverage roles
  • Background in clinical research or teaching
