Aboutthe Role
'GettingStuck In' is one of our key values, and we're looking for new TeamMembers who love doing just that.
Instead of working in one department, we'relooking for new Team Members to work across both our accommodationand leisure departments on resort to support our guests and providethem with a fantastic experience during their stay withButlins's.
This role will include cleaning ouraccommodation and getting the rooms turned over for arriving guestson a Monday and Friday and 3 days a week with our sports departmenttaking part in football, archery, high ropes and so muchmore.
Previous experience within a sportscoaching background would be desirable however not essential. Weare interested in your 'can do' attitude, positivemindset and engaging passion for making a difference to ourguests.
KeyResponsibilities
You must be readyfor guest interaction, having run and teaching these amazingactivities.
We're looking for highspirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new thingsand working with a like-minded group ofpeople.
No day will ever be the same and youwill enjoy the variety of working with lots of different teammembers and guests.
