Job Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of the most effective and efficient processes to accomplish tasks, focusing on continuous improvement. Begin to develop the ability to analyze complex information to effectively solve problems, seeking guidance from mentors when necessary. Allocate 10% of time to training and skill enhancement. Dedicate 90% of time to engagement-related tasks. Execute all tasks outlined in the scope of work, adhering to standard operating procedures with minimal oversight. Collaborate with clients to analyze and understand their needs and objectives. Work alongside senior engineers on more complex engagements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after project implementation. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or engineers as necessary. Document project progress, issues, and resolutions concisely and promptly. Consistently self-review work to identify and improve approaches for producing high-quality outcomes. Sales and Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to availability standards for responding to client inquiries. Communicate technical concepts effectively to clients. Identify and communicate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with the account team across services. Talent Development: Demonstrate proactive engagement in obtaining and maintaining certifications and cultivating technical proficiency in line with industry standards. Provide input to leadership on needed training and development. Proactively seek assistance and guidance from mentors as necessary. Shadow colleagues and actively participate in practical exercises within the company's lab when not assigned to an engagement. Qualifications: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph. Experience operating in classified environments. Bachelor's degree in a related area or at least 4 years of related work experience. Splunk industry certifications. Strong background with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security. Understanding of identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, and infrastructure concepts. Understanding of governance and compliance, specifically with FAR, DFARs, CUI, and CMMC. Understanding of FedRAMP and IL constructs. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences. Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
