POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

JOB SUMMARY

You will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of custom solutions for SharePoint Online environments. In addition, ensure that SharePoint solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals, providing a seamless and efficient user experience.


We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:

SPFx Components: creating and maintaining custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and other components that align with requirements and branding guidelines.

API Integration: integrating SPFx components with external systems using various APIs.

Intranet Portal Development: designing and developing Intranet Portals using SharePoint Online Modern Architecture.

Utilize REST and Graph APIs: enhancing SharePoint functionalities using REST APIs, Graph API, PnP Provisioning, and PnP PowerShell.

Data Management: utilizing tools like PnP Provisioning and PnP PowerShell to manage and automate SharePoint configurations and deployments.

Migration Projects: managing the lifecycle of SP On-prem to SPO migration projects ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

Training and Support: providing training and support to end-users and team members ensuring they are proficient in using SharePoint solutions.

Deployment Support: providing support for the deployment of custom components including creating detailed deployment instructions for clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Knowledge Transfer: conducting Knowledge Transfer sessions and participate in weekly status report meetings.

Documentation: creating and maintaining technical documentation including design specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions.

Agile Methodology: leading and participating in Agile methodology, delivering projects through sprint-based approaches.

Client Communication: communicating effectively with senior client technical staff and work efficiently in an onshore-offshore environment.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Information Science and/or related field.

Extensive experience in developing SPFx components.

Proficient in integrating with external systems using APIs.

Skilled in creating SPFx components that adhere to client UI/branding guidelines.

Proven experience in developing Intranet Portals using SharePoint Online Modern Architecture.

Expertise in working with REST APIs, Graph API, PnP Provisioning, and PnP PowerShell.

Experience in Agile methodology and delivering projects through sprint-based approaches.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to handle senior client technical staff and work in an onshore-offshore environment.

Experience in SP On-prem to SPO migration lifecycle.
