- Monday - Friday day shift with 1 in 4 weekend on-call rotation 8 am - 12 pm, 40 hours guaranteed
- Primary weekday role for outpatients of all ages, significant pediatric population
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with 13,500 sq ft rehabilitation department
- Active Wisconsin license and ASHA certification required
- Orientation and mentoring provided by Rehab Coordinator and Speech Pathologist
- EMR: Epic
- Video swallow experience preferred but not required
- Outpatient rehab and acute care coverage
- We provide complimentary housing and travel

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
