We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our Speech-Language Pathology team.

Position Overview:
This Clinical Fellowship position is a unique opportunity for a recent Speech-Language Pathology graduate to gain hands-on clinical experience while working under the mentorship of an experienced, ASHA-certified SLP. The CF will work in a supportive environment with a focus on adult and geriatric populations in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and provide individualized speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and ASHA standards
Participate in team meetings and family conferences as needed

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Eligible for Clinical Fellowship year in the state of Massachusetts
Significant dysphagia exposure during schooling/clinical rotations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with adult and geriatric populations
Commitment to professional growth and learning
