Summary

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Flagship Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech therapy services to our patients. This position is essential in enhancing communication skills and improving the quality of life for individuals in need of rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate communication disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions for diverse populations.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care.
Educate patients and families about communication strategies and techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech language pathology.
