Speech Language Pathologist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills. This role involves working with children in a Daycare setting, to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients through effective therapy and interventions.

Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide speech therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and treatment methodologies.
Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
Understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to speech production.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient care.

Pay: $55.08 - $62.00 per hour
