Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with speech and language impairments.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams.
- Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and group settings.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
- Provide teachers, staff, and families with guidance and resources to enhance student communication in academic settings.
- Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations, goal setting, and IEP meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
