Position: Speech Language Pathologist Location: Rochester, NY Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent Setting: School Based Pay: $51,500-$78,000 Shift: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday Interested? Email: Call or Text: Qualifications: - Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) in Speech Pathology -NYS license required -Two (2) to Four (4) years related experience and/or training. -ASHA certification (CCC) preferred Key Duties: -Develops & Implements Therapy Programs Designs and delivers individualized speech, language, and feeding programs for children in individual and group settings. Supports Classroom Integration Works with teachers and assistants to incorporate therapy strategies into daily classroom activities. -Family & Caregiver Collaboration Engages with parents to ensure continuity of therapy at home and provides training on communication strategies. -Interdisciplinary Team Participation Works closely with social workers, medical professionals, and other therapists to assess needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans. -Assessment & Documentation Conducts evaluations, maintains accurate records, and monitors progress to adjust therapy as needed. -Professional Development & Mentorship Attends meetings, provides training for staff and students, and contributes to agency initiatives related to speech pathology.
