Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

•   Provides speech therapy to patients per physician referral, adhering to laws and standards.

•   Requires MS/MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, and active state license.

•   Preferred one year experience in post-acute care.

•   Must maintain CPR certification.

•   Responsibilities include patient goal setting, charting, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

•   Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

•   Essential functions include patient care, customer service, and physical mobility.
