Speech-Language Pathologist

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

ProCare Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite role in Eden Prairie, MN. This exciting opportunity involves working with K-12 students to address a variety of speech and language challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized therapy that aligns with student IEPs, ensuring that each students unique needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' speech and language skills and create tailored therapy plans.
Provide direct speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
Track student progress and adjust therapy plans to meet ongoing needs.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
