Job Summary: We are looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to treat speech and language disorders and impairments. The Speech Language Pathologist will serve as a key part of the interdisciplinary care team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow to Full time as caseload increases.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 30 minute sessions with our existing clients. Assist with initial assessments as needed
Establish treatment priorities that include advising, educating, and counseling
Complete required documentation (SOAP notes) to record assessment and progress
Collaborate with physicians, family members, and other clinical providers to provide effective therapies.
May direct support staff in assisting with treatment
Stay current on the latest research and treatment techniques in the field of speech-language pathology
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job
Other duties as directed

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
Requires ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) preferred. Prior experience with co-treatments preferred
Prior experience with play and language based therapies preferred
Prior experience working with clients between the ages of 2-21 years old preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Proficiency in utilizing speech-language therapy tools and technology
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Credentialing with insurance carriers is preferred
