ProCare Therapy is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with elementary and middle school students in Coatesville, PA. This position involves individual and group therapy, limited evaluations, and case management responsibilities in a supportive school environment.

Position Overview:
Location: Coatesville, PA
Schedule: Full-time
Caseload: Approximately 50 students, grades 1st-8th
Therapy Model: Individual and group therapy sessions
Evaluations: Limited, with a focus on direct therapy
Indirect Work: Responsible for 4th quarter progress reports, minimal IEP writing
Case Management: Required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
Conduct assessments and adjust therapy plans accordingly
Prepare progress reports and collaborate with school staff
Participate in case management duties as needed
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Pennsylvania SLP license required
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
