Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Travel/Contract Assignment

Location: Chambersburg, PA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (Local & Traveler are welcome to apply)

Position Details:
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Weekly Pay Rate: Upto $2506.00

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Diagnosis: Perform evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Treatment Planning: Create individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Therapy Implementation: Provide therapy focusing on speech articulation, language comprehension and expression, voice, fluency, social communication, and swallowing.
Swallowing Therapy: Develop and administer therapy for swallowing disorders.
Family & Caregiver Education: Train families and caregivers on supportive strategies for effective communication and swallowing.
Collaboration: Partner with physicians, audiologists, and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation for patient assessments, treatment, and progress.

Requirements:
Valid Pennsylvania SLP license required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with a diverse patient population is an advantage.
