As a member of our Speech Therapy team, you will:
- Conduct individual assessments of speech/language and oral motor development.
- Work with family and caregivers to help children reach their potential and incorporate strategies in daily routines.
- Supervise Speech Therapy Assistant(s) as necessary
- Complete documentation to support the delivery of Speech Therapy services.
- Measure performance and report on patient's medical record.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards.
- Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current State of Texas License to Practice Speech Therapy
- At least one year of experience with pediatric populations
