What You'll Do
In this hybrid role, you'll deliver speech therapy services to students both virtually and onsite in the Casper area. You'll have access to our advanced technology platform, allowing you to streamline documentation, track progress, and collaborate with ease.
- Provide assessments tailored to student needs
- Design and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct treatment sessions both remotely and in person
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to assess, write, and review IEPs
- Complete required documentation (IEPs, Medicaid billing, progress reports)

To apply, you should have:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active SLP license (Wyoming required; others a plus)
- At least 2 years of school-based experience
- At least 1 year of teletherapy experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A dedicated, professional home workspace for virtual sessions
- Full time availability for the school year
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Special Education Case Management and IEP development experience
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Medicaid billing
- Ability to creatively solve problems and adapt quickly
