Job Description:

Are you a passionate and motivated new graduate looking for a supportive environment to complete your Clinical Fellowship? We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow to join our school-based team as a Clinical Fellow, you will receive comprehensive supervision and support from experienced clinicians while working with students to address their speech and language needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, develop your skills, and grow in your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Document and track student progress in therapy.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Receive regular supervision, guidance, and feedback from experienced SLPs to help you succeed.
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active or eligible for SLP licensure in the state of Oregon.
Completion of Clinical Fellowship requirements.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for helping students develop their communication skills.
