Seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and some commercial plan members.

Flexible, independent contractor role (1099) with full-time, part-time, or temporary options.

Earn $2,500-$4,000 per week (average 6-9 visits/day, $80 per completed assessment) plus additional incentives for diagnostic/preventive tests.

Shifts available Monday-Sunday; no nights or weekends required.

Pre-scheduled home visits focus on holistic patient health, with medical and medication reviews and physical evaluations.

No prescription-writing or lab orders; forms provided for each assessment.
