Speech and Language Pathologist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves working closely with children in a school setting, providing essential speech therapy services to enhance communication skills and support overall development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics and early intervention, along with a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology as they relate to speech and language.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific requirements.
Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support for each child's development.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

Experience
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience working with pediatric populations in school or clinical settings is preferred.
Familiarity with early intervention strategies and techniques for effective patient care.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
