Spectrum Manager with Security Clearance

Demonstrated staff-level RF/Spectrum management experience.
Proficiency with spectrum management software tools like: ICS Manager, Spectrum XXI, SPECTRAplan, Spectrum Monitoring System, or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to resolve complex interference issues in high-stakes environments.
Oracle, SQL, PLSQL, Java, PosGres, MongoDB, JSON, and other relevant software.
