What does a Wok Cook do? - In this role, you'll take command of the wok station-executing dishes with precision, speed, and flair. From stir-fried noodles and sizzling rice dishes to expertly balanced sauces, your culinary skills will help define the heart of our menu. Work Experience To be successful as a Sushi Cook, you'll need: - High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum one year experience in sushi restaurant or retail.
- Possesses food hygiene and safety certification; preferably serve safe certified or can acquire certification.
- Must have sound knowledge of food safety regulations specifically fish and shellfish and pH measures.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 0 - 10 pounds.
To be successful as a Wok Cook, you'll need: - High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum two-three years related experience.
- Possesses food hygiene and safety certification; preferably serve safe certified or can acquire certification.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures; 0 to 110 degrees.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 0 - 10 pounds.
