The Ignition SCADA Engineer job will develop, integrate, and optimize industrial automation systems. In this role, you'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Ignition-based SCADA systems tailored to client needs.
- Integrate SCADA with PLCs, databases, and industrial networks to ensure seamless operation.
- Develop user-friendly HMI interfaces and dashboards for real-time monitoring and control.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and engineering, to develop scalable automation solutions.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and compliance with industry standards in SCADA implementations.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Team: - Experience with Inductive Automation's Ignition platform, including Perspective, Vision, and SQL integrations.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, etc.).
- Background in controls engineering, industrial automation, or SCADA development.
- Experience working with PLCs, industrial networks, and databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ignition Certification (Core/Gold) is a plus.
- Experience with Python scripting, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
