Role Description
This is a temporary role for a Special Event Coordinator. The Special Event Coordinator will assist with the planning, organizing, and managing the event, ensuring it runs smoothly from start to finish. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing volunteers, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders involved. The coordinator will also be responsible for event logistics and post-event evaluations. Please note this is a small scale private event with 20-30 guests.
- Position: Short-term contract
- Location: Austin or Houston-based with ability to travel to Round Top during event setup dates
- Dates: Now through the March 30
- Availability: Must be onsite in Round Top, TX from March 27-29
- March 27 estimated 4 hours for setup + styling
- March 28 estimated 4 hours for setup + styling
- March 29 9am - 7pm (on-site for event vendors to arrive / final details / event wrap up)
