Location: Pelham, NY
Duration: Full School Year with option for renewal
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 30 hours week/ 6 hour shifts
Role Type: Special Education Teacher & Case Manager
Age Group: Preschool & Early Elementary (dependent on placement)

What You'll Do:
- Deliver individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP
- Serve as a case manager, coordinating services and maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, paraprofessionals, and families to support whole-child development
- Foster a classroom culture built on respect, inclusion, and trust
- Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions
What You'll Need:
- NY State Certification in Special Education (Birth-Grade 2 or Grades 1-6), B-2 Certificate for student's with disabilities
- Experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Strong organizational skills and IEP case management experience
- A collaborative, compassionate mindset with a commitment to equity in education
