Schedule : Full-time Monday-Friday Standard School Hours

What You'll Do:
Deliver individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP
Serve as a case manager, coordinating services and maintaining documentation
Collaborate with therapists, paraprofessionals, and families to support whole-child development
Foster a classroom culture built on respect, inclusion, and trust
Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions

What You'll Need:
NY State Certification in Special Education (Birth-Grade 2 or Grades 1-6)
Experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities
Strong organizational skills and IEP case management experience
A collaborative, compassionate mindset with a commitment to equity in education
