Details:
Position: Contract Special Education Teacher
Duration: 25-26 School Year
Hours: Full Time Position, Regular School Hours (Mon-Fri)
Caseload: K-12 (multiple positions available)

Experience & Requirements:
DE State Special Education Teacher Certification

Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Provide instruction and support in various subjects, ensuring engagement and understanding.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed.
Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
Utilize learning technology and resources to enhance educational experiences for students with disabilities.
Conduct assessments and maintain records to track student development and achievements.
