About Smart Infrastructure - Electrification and Automation:
The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio and applications to create the power distribution grid of the future. Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of today's and tomorrow's power grid.
The EA Business Unit in Wendell, North Carolina, which is its U.S. headquarters, focuses on electric-vehicle charging, photovoltaic inverters, medium-voltage power distribution equipment including packaging and services, and solutions, including automation. Additionally, assembly of electric-vehicle chargers, low-voltage motor control centers, and retrofit and replacement circuit breakers occurs at the facility.
We are looking for a Spare Parts Program Specialist. This position will be based in Wendell, NC. Relocation cost assistance is available.
Position Overview:
The Spare Parts Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the spare parts program for key customers. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of parts across various types of electrical equipment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored spare parts lists for key customers by assessing their operational needs and equipment usage.
Support solution implementation and address complex technical and logistical challenges to ensure optimal parts availability and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary customer contact from quotation through delivery.
Manage status updates in customer-specific systems.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient responses.
Develop and maintain accurate records of spare parts offers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project management or working with low/medium voltage (LV/MV) switchgear.
Bachelors degree - preferably in an Engineering discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and others.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Lean).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure.
Strong process orientation and ability to follow established procedures.
Ability to motivate and guide the customer experience, set clear directions, and foster a positive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and its components

The pay range for this position is $65,660 - $112,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location
