As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Your role is crucial in resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction, while also maintaining product knowledge and high visual standards in our stores. You will strive for exceptional customer service and actively contribute to achieving our sales goals.

This position entails customer interactions that may involve minors and includes handling cash and payment methods as well as access to valuable items, which may be conducted both under supervision and independently. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to uphold the safety of our customers and protect our business reputation.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Authorization to work in the country without requiring future sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles.
  • Background in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
