What We're Looking For
You are:
- A strong communicator in both Spanish and English

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
- Reliable, self-directed, and responsible
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
What You'll Be Doing
You'll receive thorough training and mentorship to build a strong foundation in claims adjusting. Responsibilities include:
- Learning the fundamentals of claims handling through structured training
- Investigating auto insurance claims and determining coverage
- Drafting professional correspondence, negotiating settlements, and resolving claims
- Responding to inquiries from policyholders, producers, attorneys, and regulatory bodies
- Managing a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and complexity
- Contributing to a positive, team-based work culture
- Assisting with additional projects as needed
