Join our dynamic team as a Spanish-Speaking Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will engage with our commercial paint customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries about our products, and recommend tailored solutions. As a vital part of our team, you will be dedicated to resolving any customer concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing outstanding customer service through effective sales support.
  • Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to identify their needs and introducing the right products and services.
  • Building strong relationships with wholesale customers for long-term collaboration.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of work order files and formulas.
  • Selecting products from the sales floor or warehouse and mixing them to meet customer specifications.
  • Organizing displays and stocking shelves to maintain an appealing store environment.
  • Conducting cleaning of store equipment and assisting with deliveries as necessary.
  • Staying knowledgeable about the product range to offer informed suggestions to customers.
  • Adhering to inventory control procedures and proposing ways to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
  • Able to lift and carry materials, up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in a customer service, delivery, or retail role.
  • Experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity operating mixing and tinting equipment.
