As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in connecting with both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, answering inquiries about our high-quality products, and suggesting the best solutions to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Assist customers in person and via phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Establish trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process transactions in line with company policies.
- Work diligently to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain organized work orders and product formulas.
- Prepare products from our sales floor or warehouse according to customer specifications.
- Mix and tint products as needed.
- Stock shelves and set up attractive displays.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and facilities.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Support delivering products as required.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss options with customers.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Capacity to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- For internal candidates, a minimum performance rating of meets expectations is required.
- Completion of all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for the current position is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications: - A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one (1) year in retail or customer service experience.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
