As a valued member of our team, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them discover their needs, answering queries about Sherwin-Williams products, and offering tailored solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction while achieving the store's sales objectives.

This position also involves addressing customer concerns promptly and maintaining the product quality and visual standards of the store. You will need to stay well-informed about our products and services.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone by identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products and services.
  • Building productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in line with policies.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintaining organized work order files and documentation.
  • Retrieving appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stocking shelves and creating attractive displays.
  • Cleaning store equipment to ensure an inviting environment.
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks when necessary.
  • Making deliveries as required.
  • Keeping designated areas in-stock and presentable.
  • Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and options.
  • Adhering to inventory control methods.
  • Proposing ideas to enhance sales performance.
Position requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate proficiently in English and Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is essential.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Prior experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
This is a FULL-TIME role available at our store located at 2100 Keene Rd, Richland, WA, 99352. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour.
