Minimum Qualifications: - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If a current employee, must hold at least a meets expectations (3) rating on the latest performance appraisal.
- Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
