Seeking a full-time spa manager for our developing spa in the Boca Raton, FL area.


The ideal spa manager candidate is a strong leader, who can drive results and pivot to meet the needs of the spa and the customers.

  • The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience.

Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics:

  • Membership Conversion - marketing strategy is crucial to this role.
  • Leadership - building a consistent and cohesive culture, managing employees, time, customer service, appointments, upselling opportunities, and overall feel for the spa
  • Business Acumen - The ability to analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results is key. Hands-on professional who will work with owners to improve customer service, manage great people and run a successful spa

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2 to 3 years of management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Flexible schedule - this role requires a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
  • Ability to manage different roles and personalities.
