The Spa Receptionist greets and assists spa guests, schedules appointments, assists with inventory, and sells retail items while maintaining a clean, safe and professional environment for guests and co-workers. Must have excellent customer service and computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to relate to guests and co-workers in a professional manner.
Required Excellent phone skills and customer service
Ability to multi-tasking in busy environment
Must be at least 21
Preferred Spa scheduling experience on spa software
Resort spa experience
Typical ScheduleDays: Varies, including weekends and holidays
Hours: Varies, including evenings
Core Responsibilities - Greet and assist guests
- Schedule appointments with attention to gaps and efficiencies and check out guests
- Prepare intake forms for guests
- Assist in the daily opening/closing of facility
- Suggest and sell retail from the Spa Boutique
- Other duties as assigned by management
