Overview As a
Spa Reception Agent, you'll be the friendly face greeting our guests and expertly coordinating reservations for luxurious spa packages and personalized treatments. You'll recommend products and services that elevate our guests' wellness journeys, ensuring each visit is memorable and exceptional. You'll also play a vital role in overseeing the pool area's daily operations, keeping it safe, welcoming, and relaxing.
Your Role: - Warmly welcome and assist guests, setting the stage for their relaxing experience.
- Attend engaging department meetings focused on team growth.
- Ensure the retail and spa reception areas remain beautifully maintained, organized, and inviting.
- Proactively reach out to guest groups to confirm reservations and accommodate special requests.
- Regularly maintain cleanliness and supplies in the front desk, spa, fitness center, and pool area.
- Conduct hourly rounds to refresh facilities, replenish towels, robes, and amenities.
- Assist management in coordinating seamless schedules for spa groups.
- Manage supplies and inventory efficiently.
- Adhere closely to established opening and closing routines.
Compensation: - Hourly Wage: $16.66 - $16.66/hour
- Commission:
- $7.00 per 50-minute service booked
- $9.00 per 80-minute service booked

What We're Looking For: - Proficient computer skills
- Confidence in promoting spa services and products
- Outstanding customer service skills (2 years of experience preferred)
- Strong communication and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Valid CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one
