Job description - Spa Attendant Wentworth by the Sea is accepting applications to join our team as a Spa Attendant.
Wentworth by the Sea blends classic style with 21st-century convenience. Our elegant rooms, suites and villas (most with water views) showcase luxury perks including spa services, indoor and outdoor pools and intimate dining - all providing a memorable backdrop for conferences, weddings, family vacations and romantic getaways.
Our Spa Attendant position is a great entry opportunity for someone who would like to learn more about spa operations. Experience not required. Daily activities of the Spa Attendant include any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the hotel spa, fitness center and indoor pool to ensure an outstanding guest experience (replenishing linens and towels, cleaning locker rooms, bathrooms, treatment rooms, fitness center, indoor pool area, halls, etc.).
A successful candidate in the Spa Attendant role will be motivated with an eye for detail, a high sense of team spirit and pride and the drive and desire to not just meet, but exceed guest's expectations. Customer service skills are also important as this person must represent the hotel professionally through all guest interactions.
Candidates must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time.
This position can be part-time or full-time. We do ask for flexibility in scheduling, including holidays and weekends.
