If you are punctual, reliable, friendly, and radiate positive energy, we'd LOVE to talk to you. This position will keep you busy while helping our clients feel good.

Compensation & Perks:

$16/ hour + Commission to start Raise to $16.50/hr after your first 200 hours (to reward reliable & punctual employees)

Experience You'll Gain:

Experience in a spa or health/wellness

Proficiency in MindBody Online, Axle CRM, Homebase

Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy

We love candidates that already have these ️ , but we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are seeking candidates to work 15-20 hours/ week. The best applicants have general availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest (4404 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite C, ATX 78749)

Shifts we are hiring for:

AM Shift (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F)

PM Shift (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F)

Weekend Shifts (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm)

Your Day Includes Tasks like

Warmly greet customers by name

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas & a studio membership

Sell memberships and earn commissions

Use our CRM to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus.)

Give each new guest a studio tour

Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests

Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area

Assist with administrative duties such as texting and calling leads and membership assistance

Expectation is for 20 calls made each shift
