SALES SPA ASSOCIATE

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-time Front Desk Spa Associates at our Spring location. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING.

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Meet or exceed spa membership goals

Be a team player. Be part of a positive and mindful work environment

Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival

Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades

Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance

Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests

Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance

Job Requirements:

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task with ease, all while focusing on the guest

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Flexible availability - able to work openings, closings or weekends

Bilingual preferred
