What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a high-performing team of up to 21 people

Oversee all farm operations including production targets, animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety compliance

Drive team development through coaching, training, and performance management

Partner with HR to recruit and retain top talent

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure health, productivity, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in physically demanding barn environments

Commitment to animal welfare and biosecurity standards

Flexibility to work weekdays, some weekends, and holidays as needed
