Chef de Partie (Permanent) - 29,250 per annum
Take the next step in your career in a quality-focused kitchen, overseeing a section and delivering exceptional dishes. You'll work alongside a skilled team in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Sous Chef (Seasonal Contract) - 32,000 - 35,000 pro rata
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef to thrive in a busy, high-standard kitchen environment. You'll support the Head Chef, contribute creative ideas, and help maintain excellent service standards.
What We're Looking For:
- A calm, focused, and hardworking chef who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Someone who is not easily stressed and maintains composure under pressure
- Experience preferred in a hotel setting or quality restaurant
- Food Hygiene & Food Safety Level 2 certification
- Allergen training
