We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sourcing Analyst to join our dynamic Indirect Sourcing team. This contract-to-hire role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in procurement and sourcing, with a targeted conversion timeframe of 4 months.
Responsibilities
- Support e-Procurement systems, including vendor and purchase requisitions
- Extract, transform, and combine large data sets from various sources
- Create tactical ad-hoc reports and visually appealing Excel dashboards
- Communicate data insights and opportunities to support decision-making
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations on key projects or data insights
- Field and answer questions from stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sourcing strategies
- Support strategic sourcing events, including RFx documentation development
- Assist in developing and maintaining vendor scorecards, cost modeling, and KPI measurements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including dashboarding and advanced formulas
- Experience with eProcurement tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Fieldglass or GEP
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel skills, including Macros and Power Query
