We are in search of a Dynamic and self-motivated Integrated Solution Lead (ISL). The ISL role is to work collaboratively with our Product Engineering customers, Pre-Sales teams, and Sales teams to perform the analysis of customer organization, understand the customer needs, develop innovative solutions to the business and technical problems, and work with Delivery and COE teams to develop the solution and proposals for the customer.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering Services, preferably in the Hi-Tech domain
  • Expertise in one or more areas of product lifecycle related to hardware systems, embedded systems, and the development, validation, and manufacturing of consumer electronics products.
  • Strong aptitude for Innovation, applying automation, leveraging AI for driving efficiencies in the product lifecycle activities.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with business acumen and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end integrated solutions to effectively address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with global teams (Pre-Sales, Sales, and Delivery) to craft tailored solutions and Points of View (PoVs).
  • Lead the solution design process, develop clear propositions, and deliver impactful presentations to customers.
  • Guide the team through the execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring successful implementation.
  • Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending updates and improvements where applicable.
  • Evaluate business impact based on comprehensive market research to drive strategic decisions.
  • Actively engage in weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning and review sessions to track progress and maintain alignment.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with MBA or Master's in the technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • English: Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to develop compelling proposals and business plans
  • Readiness to travel of over 50% or more.
