Role Overview:

We are seeking a Solutions Lead to support our sales and business development efforts by coordinating and driving the development of high-quality solution proposals, points of view, and presentations. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to bring together cross-functional teams efficiently. The ideal candidate will help free up the bandwidth of senior sales leaders by taking ownership of internal coordination, validation, and packaging of solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BFSI or IT Services domain.
  • Prior experience in solution architecture, sales enablement, or consulting roles.
  • Understanding of pricing models, value engineering, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Solution Development & Coordination: Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to create compelling solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior technical experts, architects, and SMEs to align on solutions and secure their commitment.
  • Project Management: Drive the end-to-end process of assembling solution proposals, ensuring timely execution while managing multiple priorities.
  • Content Development: Synthesize inputs from different teams to craft clear, structured, and impactful solution documents and presentations.
  • Internal Validation & Reviews: Facilitate discussions, review sessions, and approvals to ensure the proposed solutions meet business and technical expectations.
  • Sales Support: Assist in RFP responses, pricing model discussions, and strategic positioning of solutions.
  • Communication & Influence: Confidently engage with senior stakeholders, apply weight when needed, and ensure participation in critical discussions.
  • Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline the solutioning process, reduce turnaround time, and improve collaboration across teams.

Required Skills -

  • 8+ years of experience in solutioning, pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, technology solutions, and business problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior technical experts and executives, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple solution initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly narratives.
  • Experience in coordinating and developing responses to RFPs, proposals, and solution decks.
  • Comfortable in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think strategically.
