Brief Overview

We are currently seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and innovative environment, where you will play a key role in designing and optimizing automation solutions for warehouse logistics.


In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in solution design, data analysis, and technical consulting, working closely with partners to develop tailored automation strategies. You will support system architecture planning, assess potential risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. This position will allow you to develop expertise in warehouse automation, material handling systems, and logistics technology, while making a direct impact on the efficiency and success of our automation projects.


Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between Hai Robotics and our partners, ensuring that opportunities are expertly designed. In addition, you can expect to be immersed in the following:


  • Design Support: Collaborate with partners to design comprehensive solutions based on Hai Robotics' product offerings. Provide expert guidance on system architecture, layout, equipment selection.
  • Data Analysis: Assist partners in collecting and analyzing data related to warehouse operations. Utilize data insights to tailor automation solutions that meet the unique needs of end customers and leverage those insights to drive continuous optimization in design to achieve a highly competitive solution.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate profound technical expertise in warehouse automation and logistics, enabling proactive identification and assessment of potential risks to ensure the highest quality and reliability of proposed solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with partners to ensure smooth communication and coordination between Hai Robotics and the partner's team. Collaborate on project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Training: Provide training to partners on Hai Robotics products, systems, and best practices to enhance their understanding and capabilities.

Who are we looking for?

You are a dynamic and results-driven professional who works closely with our partner network to support the design of our automation solutions. In addition, you ideally possess the following:


  • A bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and/or relevant fields
  • 3+ years of experience in the Materials Handling industry.
  • Proven track record of fast-paced consultive thinking, identifying critical issues and crafting practical solutions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • AutoCAD 2D layout proficiency
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confidence in presenting solutions internally and to partners and potential customers - Online collaboration tool proficiency - Experience with MS Office suite - Travel flexibility as some travelling may be required
